At SlingBags, we strive to not only provide quality products but also a hassle free and timely delivery experience. Be it from the metro city or a rural town, we make it a point to get your sling bag to you fast, safely, and at minimal cost.

1. Delivery Locations

  • • We ship to all major cities, towns, and most rural towns in India with our partner logistic companies.
  • • Currently, we don't ship internationally but we're expanding soon!

2. Processing Time

  • • Processing Time: 1 to 2 business days
  • • Dispatch Time: Most orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours
  • • You'll get an email or SMS with your tracking information when the order ships
  • • Please note: Weekend or public holiday orders will be processed a day later

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • • Metro Cities: 2 to 4 business days
  • • Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 4 to 6 business days
  • • Remote or Rural Areas: 5 to 8 business days
  • • We do our best to deliver within the scheduled delivery times, but a little delay is possible due to inclement weather, courier delays, or unexpected situations.

4. Shipping Charges

  • • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999
  • • A modest flat rate (₹49 to ₹79) is applicable for orders below ₹999
  • • Cash on Delivery (COD) might have a ₹50 handling charge
  • • Shipping fees will be explicitly stated during checkout before payment

5. Tracking Your Order

  • • After your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link through SMS/email
  • • Periodic status updates on your shipment
  • • You can track your order at any time using the Track My Order feature on our website

6. Failed Delivery Attempts

  • • If your courier partner is unable to deliver your package after several attempts, we may return the order to our warehouse
  • • You'll receive an email or call notification
  • • We'll schedule again or reprocess the shipment with you
  • • Make sure your address and contact number are accurate to prevent delays

7. Packaging & Safety

  • • All SlingBags orders are safely packaged within protective, environmentally friendly packaging to avoid any damage during shipping
  • • Each product is quality-checked and securely sealed for safe dispatch

We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999 within India. For orders below ₹999, a modest flat rate (₹49 to ₹79) applies. Cash on Delivery (COD) might have a ₹50 handling charge.

Currently, we only ship within India to all major cities, towns, and most rural areas. We're working on expanding internationally soon!

If the courier is unable to deliver after several attempts, we may return the order to our warehouse. You'll receive a notification and we'll work with you to reschedule delivery or reprocess the shipment.
