We process orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Most orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999 within India. For orders below ₹999, a modest flat rate (₹49 to ₹79) applies. Cash on Delivery (COD) might have a ₹50 handling charge.
After your order has been shipped, you'll receive a tracking link through SMS/email. You can track your order at any time using the Track My Order feature on our website and will receive periodic status updates on your shipment.
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@slingbags.com. Delays may occur due to weather, courier issues, or unexpected situations.
Currently, we only ship within India to all major cities, towns, and most rural areas. We're working on expanding internationally soon!
If the courier is unable to deliver after several attempts, we may return the order to our warehouse. You'll receive a notification and we'll work with you to reschedule delivery or reprocess the shipment.
